Lee’s Summit Joint Operations Facility
43,600 square foot Centralized public safety facility. Project included high efficiency heat pump water heating and ICC 500 storm shelter. Special challenges included providing an onsite emergency water supply to serve facility for three days.
Branson Police Department
42,000 square foot adaptive reuse renovation converting a former theater into a police department headquarters with detention facilities, sallyport, exercise facility, crime lab, and shared police/fire administrative offices.

66,000 square foot 3-story Medical Office Building (MOB) designed as a core/shell facility with phased tenant occupancy and long-term infrastructure planning. Included Ambulatory Surgical Center with Operating Rooms and Sterile Processing Department
Fort Worth MOB and TIs
65,700 square foot 3- story Medical Office Building with concurrent full tenant build-outs (one per floor), requiring coordinated utility sizing and vertical infrastructure planning. Included Ambulatory Surgical Center with Operating Rooms and Sterile Processing Department
Multi-family
14-story, 722-bed multifamily residential development. 17,000 square feet of tenant-ready retail space with grease waste infrastructure. 355-space structured parking garage featuring a dedicated drainage system routed through a sand/oil interceptor for stormwater management. Amenity deck design including natural gas distribution for fire pits and grills, plus plumbing systems serving a 1,000 square foot swimming pool.
